Born in the vibrant city of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, Olivier Luyindula is a seasoned information technology consultant with more than 20 years in the field, and the technology lead behind The Well Projects. Passionate about his work, he finds real joy in navigating the intricate world of IT solutions, and greater joy still when those solutions serve people’s health and well-being.

An analytical and conceptual thinker, Olivier partners closely with senior leaders to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and carry them through to successful implementation. Across two decades he has delivered projects spanning a broad range of industries, and he brings that breadth to The Well Projects, shaping the architecture, the platforms, and the day-to-day technology that connect the initiative’s growing family of products and community programs.

Beyond the digital landscape, he is a devoted family man, married and the proud father of three beautiful children.
