Preventive Care in Our Community

When Relentless Church hosted a community health fair, we joined the effort to make preventive health education and basic screenings more accessible to the community.

We provided blood pressure and blood sugar checks, vision screenings, weight assessments, weight-management counseling, preventive health education, and more.

Beyond the screenings, we had the opportunity to meet people where they were, answer questions, encourage healthier choices, and serve our own community.
