Lighthouse Baby Shelter

Our time in South Africa also brought us to Lighthouse Baby Shelter in Randburg, where we met founder Ms. Eleanor and the children she has lovingly cared for over the years.

The shelter provides far more than a place to live. The children receive meals, care, guidance, and education. The children attend school, while some also receive individualized instruction at the shelter when needed.

What remains with us most is the love and joy that radiate through this special place and the words of wisdom, hope, and purpose spoken over children who are precious to God.

We were grateful to play a small role in the care provided there through food donations, prayer, fellowship, and time spent with the children and those who faithfully serve them.
